What do I need to do to replace a Rear O2 sensor by myself?

Go to the parts store and get an O2 socket and just crawl under it and replace it.  You will need to disconnect the battery to clear the code unless you have a code reader.  Or, if you get Autozone or Checker to check the code and you purchase the sensor from them they will clear the code after you come back with the part replaced.
