Nissan Repair: ac failure, c unit, eletrical

the vehicle seems to still push air out from the floor and defrost areas, but the main vents do not blow air anymore and the electrical in the a/c unit has gone out, what could lead to this?

Not knowing the year or model I will guess that there is a problem at the air distribution gate located under the dash somewhere. I don't understand what you mean by the eletrical went out on the A/C unit. Please tell me what it's doing.
