My car won't start, it does make noise like it wants to start, but it just dont start at all.  Is that an electrical problem or a fuel related problem?

Well, that is the $1,000,000 question. First, try shorting a plug wire to ground while someone is cranking the engine. If you have spark, then that's not the issue. You can unplug a fuel line and try cranking it over and see if any gas comes out, if it does then that's not it. Once you have done these two test, let me know the results by resubmitting your question. Oh, and be careful with the fuel!
