Nissan Repair: Bought a 2002 qx4, that was flooded, need some help, neutral safety switch, qx4

Hello. I just bought an 02 QX4 that was flooded. I know its a big project ahead, and I need some help putting it back together. I strip everything out of the vehicle, with just the wires left. My first problem is that when I turn the key, it doesn't send a signal to the starter. I turn the key and nothing happens. All of the fuses looks fine, so I am lost. Any help would be great, thank you.

The neutral safety switch is probably corroded and needing to be wired around or replaced.  This is located where the shifter is.  If you look there is an electrical switch that controls current flow to the starter if the car is in park or neutral.  Any other position and there is no current.  The contacts are probably corroded or gummed up from being under water.
