Nissan Repair: engine, 1990 nissan 240sx, nissan 240sx

I have a 1990 nissan 240sx and there is a ticking comming from the engine but it still seems to run good. the idle is perfict and the oil is good so im not sure what is causing the ticking. there is 215000kms on it so im woundering if the motor is starting to go...

Adjust the cam followers.  These are much like the old rocker arms in cam in block engines.  Basically, you take the valve cover off and the cam followers are on top.  Adjust the valves to the specification under the hood.  There is a sticker that gives the hot and cold lash adjustment.
