Nissan Repair: Wiper Fluid stuck...somewhere?, nissan quest gxe, nissan quest

I'm hoping this is an easy one! I have a "96 Nissan Quest GXE, Here is my issue: My wiper fluid is full, the outside "sprayers" are not clogged, and I can hear no sound from the sprayers when I try to use them.

First, check all your fuses. It's possible... really! Otherwise, if all the fuses are good there leaves us one of two things. A bad switch or a bad washer pump. Now, if your car was in my shop I would put 12 volts to the washer pump and see if it works. If not, I would replace the pump, if it works then I would replace the switch. Now, sometimes, because water or at least a liquid is involved, there might be a corroded connection. Check the connection to the washer pump that is on the side of the washer resevoire(*yeah, i'm a mechanic, not an english teacher! LOL) Clean it best you can, baking soda and water works wicked great. Try these suggestions and if nothing works we will try some other stuff. These suggestions I know will take care of this issue, after this I will be winging it! hehehe
