Nissan Repair: 2001 nissan xterra radio, nissan xterra, dash unit

I have the 6cd changer(factory) for nissan 2001 xterra, and last week it blew the fuse. i replace the fuse and it continues blowing. the fuse holds the electric mirrors and electric rear view compass and temp. gauge.  Is this something simple i could look into.....where would i start?  Thank you so muchg

The six disk is probably stuck and the overload is blowing the fuse.  If you can get it into stereo mode where it is not feeding a CD it will probably stop blowing the fuse.  It is quite common with the six disc in dash unit.  Otherwise unplug the radio and the fuse should be fine.  If you can find a unit on EBAY or the like you can save a bundle as it costs a couple of hundred to get the unit repaired.
