sorry to bother you with this dumb question but i have a 1995 infiniti Q45 and i cant find out where the plugs are to replace them

No Bother Matt,

On each bank you have an ornamental cover held down between the cam shafts with a handful of bolts. remove that and you'll see 4 ignition coils. Remove the hold down bolt for the coils and then you'll see the plugs. For the leftside you'll need to disconnect the air intake to get to them. Hope this helps!
