Nissan Repair: Parts for Japenese Spec Nissan Maxima 94, power window switch, nissan maxima

I have to replace the computer system (PN237106E600), power-window switch-drive side (no PN), and heater exchange (2714085E00) on my Japanese spec, right-hand drive, '94 Nissan Maxima.  Are these parts interchangeable the with American Spec version. I am trying to sve money by buying the part myself from the U.S.; however, the parts numbers the repair shop in Germany gave me are not compatible with parts in the US.  Also, is a heater exchange the same as a heater core and the compter system the same as the electronic control module?  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I have no idea on the specific parts since yours is a Japanese Domestic Market version and all I have delt with is US spec versions.  If there was a way to look at a European or American Specification car and match up the items you could tell.  Some of the parts are mirror image and some are the same and just on the other side of the car.  The heater core is mounted on the opposite side.  But, I do not know if the hoses come torough with the same configuration.  So, the only way to know is to look since there is no interchange catalog that I am aware of.  I am sure someone at Nissan in Japan would know but for the rest of us it is guessing.
