Nissan Repair: 94 Altima, weight oil, case change

Question
Hi! My wife has a '94 Altima.  A few months the distributor went out and I put a new one on it.  A few days ago the car started skipping again.  While the car was running I pulled the plug wires to see what would happen.  When I pulled 1,3,&,4 it started running worse.  When I pulled #2, it didn't do anything. I changed all the plugs and it didn't help.  So, now it has about a 3 month old distributor and wires and now new plugs.  Do you have any idea what it could be? Thanks for your help.

Answer
Jeremy,

I bet the new distributor is leaking oil too.  I would take the cover off the inside of the distributor and see if there is oil in it and if there is I would replace it.  Now, if you have high miles and alot of blow by there could be the source of blowing the distributor seal.  If that is the case change to penxoil 30 weight oil and see if the next distributor holds.
