Nissan Repair: temperature sensor, nissan sentra gxe, nissan sentra

i have a 1996 nissan sentra gxe and i need to know where the temperature sensor is located in the engine compartment.  also how do you take the pressure off of the gas line to change the fuel filter.

Temp sensor is located on the firewall side of the engine, just below the engine oil fill cap on the valve cover.

There is a pressure release procedure:

Remove fuse for fuel pump.
Start engine.
After engine stalls, crank it two or three times to release all fuel pressure.
Turn ignition switch oft and reconnect fuel pump fuse.

Owners manual will indicate the correct fuse to the fuel pump. Looking at the fuse panel it is the second row from the left, 4th fuse down. Hope this gets ya going!
