Nissan Repair: Infinity QX4 2001 code P1135, infinity qx4, checker auto

I dont see any Infinity help here so I thought you may be able to help.

Infinity QX4 2001 code P1135  Manufacturer powertrain code

I diagnosed this today at Checker auto.  Can you tell me what it might mean?

Intake Valve Timing Sensor B2. 237314W000 should be the part number for about $121. It's located on the front of the engine to the lefthand side or drivers side as you are looking at it from the front. Probably on the head, as all I have is a really crappy diagram. LOL Hope this helps!
