Nissan Repair: suspension, life threatning, rear shocks

Question
when driving my 1995 nissan quest on the rough road or small bump, I heard a thumping noise seem like it came from the passenger side's front wheel . New sets of tires, front strusts and rear shocks have been replaced still have noise. Please give me an advise.

The strut tower bearing is going out.  This is a common problem.  The strut goes through this plate at the top of the strut tower and that is what the strut pivots on when you turn the wheel.  When they get old they make noise as they get loose.  Not life threatning or anything but if the noise bothers you get it replaced and then you will need a fresh alignment as they have to drop the strut down to get to it.  Not a difficult job but labor intensive.
