Nissan Repair: 94 Quest Automatic Shifting Indicator is off, nissan quest xe, nissan quest

My 94 Nissan Quest XE has this little orange indicator that tells me what gear I'm going in or out of.  Well, it no longer moves.  It's annoying, but the car works fine and I just usually count to get to D, etc.  Can you tell me how to fix this?

I think I incorrectly answered this one last night. I forgot that the Quest is a column shift, not a floor shift. I was pretty tired last night.

Well, I need to know if this is an electronic or analog instrument cluster? There is a part to fix this and it calls for just .5 of an hour to install. When you get back to me I will supply you with the part number and cost of the part...
