Hi Dave,
First remove the convenience bin cup holder:
Open the convenience bin
Push lock tab at rear downward.
Pull the convenience bin/cup holder from track in panel
Insert a thin wooden stick into the center trim cover between the radio and bin, and pry that out gently.
Remove the convenience bin track:
Remove the screw access cover from bottom of radio bezel
Remove the center bezel
Remove the convenience bin track attaching screws and pull the convience track rearward to disengage the rear guide studs from the instrument panel
Detach clip holding convenience bin lamp from the track, remove the track.
Remove the attaching screws holding bottom of the radio/hvac bezel to the instrument panel, remove screws holding top of bezel to panel.
Remove bezel from panel
Remove wire from back of rear blower switch if equipped
Disconnect wire from rear of HVAC control
Remove the bezel
Remove the HVAC control
