Nissan Repair: lost key, nissan dealer, nissan primera

hello, I have lost my keys and immobliser fob for my 1996 nissan primera, but i do have a spare key...the car will not start bacause the immobaliser has kicked in, now i have been told only a nissan dealer can get me a fob which is programmed to my ecu, this is gana be expensive!!! is there a way around this? can i some how bypass the imobaliser? pleae help me!!

You are going to have to go with the dealer or a locksmith that has the equipment.  There is no other way unless you can find a car in the wrecking yard with all the things you need and then you would have to change the computer and your locks to make it work.  So, it is going to cost.  I had a second set made for just this reason as I have had to shell out several hundred dollars to get a new key and fob cut and programmed.
