Answer
Andrew,

If the car got wet from the rain in all the wrong places you might look at getting starting fluid.  Remove the intake hose at the throttle body, with the engine off open the throttle plate and spray a small amount in the intake.  Then put everything back together and start the car.  The starting fluid should get the car over the wetness and get it running.  Leave it running till it gets warm before cutting it off.  Do not use too much starting fluid as it only takes a small squirt.  Also, be sure the intake hose is put back on or it will just die on you.  Make sur ethe battery is freshly charged before you attempt.
