Question
How can I identify which wires/fuses are broken/involved when both Hazard and turn signal lights are not working.

The car is involved in a front-right impact.  I have removed the flasher connector from underneath the dash.  I saw no 12 volt coming in one of the three connectors when I depress the hazard switch as I compared with friend's car.

My guess Nissan design is similar with Infiniti in this area!

I can not find the wiring diagram and wire color/fuse locations for this problem.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

For a diagram you can go to nissanusa.com and download your maintenance manual in .pdf format.  Now, if it were me and you say that it was right front impact you can see what you need from the left side.  If both right and left are not working it sounds more like a fuse is blown or that the master turn switch was damaged in the wreck.  Check these out and email me back if you have problems.  Also, if the harness is crushed you can source one from a wrecking yard and splice in upstream of the damage.
