Nissan Repair: 04 Maxima Power Troubles, blown fuse, memory board

I have an 04 Maxima and the battery was dead so i went to jump it off and and nothing. turns out the problem was a blown fuse on the positve part of the battery connecter so i had to go an hour and a half away to get this fuse from a nissian dealership and when i replaced it every thing worked fine except for the navigation system and the driver side power seat. please help me

You probably have another couple of fuses blown due to the low battey and jumping the car off.  If you battery goes dead you need to get the battery chargedinstrad of jumping.  I had the memory board in the radio blow on a Corvette from jumping it.  I do hope it is just a fuse.  If the navigation system is blown and it is not the fuse the system will have to be removed and repaired.  It might not be covered under warranty.
