Nissan Repair: 95 240sx wont start, crank angle sensor, fuel compression

Question
Hey I just replaced my engine with the same identical ka24de. It is turning over but it will not start. It sounds like it will but never does. I checked the spark to all the cylnders and i have that. Im pretty sure I have gas getting to the injectors because if I pull the fuel line off it will let out a little fuel. I was wondering If there are any sensors or something besides the spark, fuel, compression, and timming that could cause my car not to start?

Answer
Mike,

Check the fuel to make sure that there if something like 32 PIS at the fuel rail when the key is on.  You do not have to start the car to check the pressure.  jsut turn the key on.  If you are getting pressure then check to make sure that all the sensors are hooked up properly.  This is expecially true of the crank angle sensor and the distributor.  If your car is distributor equipt you might have oil on the optics and that would mean that I would use the old distributor and your problem should be solved.
