Dodge Repair: 1999 Dodge Ram Flasher, passive restraint systems, dodge ram 1500

I need to know where to find the flasher on my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck. My blinkers do not work and I think the flasher is bad. Can you help me out?

COMBINATION FLASHER
WARNING: ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIRBAGS, Refer to PASSIVE RESTRAINT SYSTEMS BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY STEERING WHEEL, STEERING COLUMN, OR INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPONENT DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. FAILURE TO TAKE THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN ACCIDENTAL AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT AND POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.

REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the fuse access panel by unsnapping it from the driver side end of the instrument panel.
Refer to Junction Block in the Contents of Wiring Diagrams for combination flasher identification and location.
Remove the combination flasher from the junction block Junction Block
INSTALLATION
Refer to Junction Block in the Contents of Wiring Diagrams for proper combination flasher location.
Position the combination flasher in the proper receptacle in the junction block.
Align the combination flasher terminals with the terminal cavities in the junction block receptacle.
Push in firmly on the combination flasher until the terminals are fully seated in the terminal cavities in the junction block receptacle.
Install the fuse access panel by snapping it into the driver side end of the instrument panel.
Reconnect the battery negative cable.
