Nissan Repair: Diagnostic Code 201, nissan frontier, diagnostic code

I have a 2001 Nissan Frontier XE.  It shows the Diagnostic Code 201.  What is a 201?  

Also, the pickup idles too fast between shifting.

It only has 15,600 miles. It has had all recalls done on it.

201, if that is correct is a code for the injector circuit.  I would bet an injector is plugged or a coil is not firing properly.  If you say it idles too fast between shifts I would think a stuck open injector.  You can check this by removing plugs and finding the one that is really blacker than the rest.  That would be the injector to replace.
