Nissan Repair: fan/dash, blower motor resistor, fan blows air

Hello:
My fan (blows air inside the car) works only on high speed, I was going to check where is the problem,
At the motor or, at the selector switch.
I do not know how to get behind the dash; how to remove it could you give me help on this:

Replace the blower motor resistor.  It is located on the passenger side under the dash.  buy the new part and replace the old part.  That way you will know the part you are looking for.  If memory serves me right the part is held on the blower box close to the center, just to the right of the radio with tem millimeter bolts.
