Nissan Repair: Rubbing sound from the front / Nissan Primera 2002, nissan primera 2002, nissan dealer

I hear a sound like something is rubbing onto something during the first 4-5 seconds when the car starts moving forward and this sound stops after that. If the engine is switched off and left for 5-10 minutes and then started again the sound again comes when the car starts moving.

When this sound comes the lights in the display unit fluctuates with the sound and in 4-5 second everything becomes normal.

Another problem is that my left indicator is making a beeping sound when switched on and the car misses / jerk when this beeping sound comes. Everything returns to Normal when the indicator is switched off.

I took the car to the Local Nissan Dealer but they could find the problem (didn't look properly I guess) but I know the problem is there!!

I would check the alternator for output and rotation.  Take the belt off and see if the alternator spins freely without the car on.  Put the belt back on and check the output.  The reason I say alternator is the turn indicator thing that you are experiencing.  Also, on the turn indicator problem be sure to check the bulbs and sockets on that side of the car.
