Alex,

You are going to need to make sure that the battery is charged first.  So, take the battery to Autozone or the like and make sure that it is fully charged.  If the car still clicks after the battery is charged it is most likely the starter.  If it does start with a charged battery check to see that the alternator is putting out 14 volts or better otherwise your battery will become low again and the process will start all over.
