Nissan Repair: Service Engine Soon Light, oxygen sensor, nissan quest

I looked through your list of previous questions and followed your recommendations and went to Auto Zone and got the diagnostic scan done which the sales person printed out. P0141 malfunction exists in heater circuit for oxygen sensor 2 in bank 1.
P0325 malfunction exists in the electrical circuit for knock sensor 1. This is a Nissan Quest 2002 with V6. What am I looking at here? Possible do it yourself or should I take it in to the Dealer?

Replace the oxygen sensor and make sure if it is the front or the back one that needs to be replaced.  The knock sensor is a pain to replace since you have to remove the intake.  So, if you have the tools and the time go for it.  If not take it to a shop that can do the deed.
