If you are going to do it I would order a new one from Autozone or Pep Boys as they both have a good reputation for dependability.  You are looking at about $100 for the motor.  But, be sure to take it apart and see if it is the motor.  It could be the master control on the drivers side door or the regulator.  Is there noise when you press the switch.  You have to turn the radio off and with the engine off listen for whining.  If you hear this it is the regulator.  If there is nothing and the lights do not dim then it is probably the switch.  If the lights dim when you depress the switch then it is the motor.   Verify the motor by hot wiring the circuit once you have the panel off.  Simply unplug the connector from the motor and get a test light and check the up and down for power.  If you get power at the connector then it is the motor.  Or you could wire a known good twelve volts to the motor in both the up and down connection.
