I had a leak at the evaporator. Do I need to remove the dashboard out to replace the evaporator?

No, but the bottom part of the dash will need to be removed along with the glovebox to gain access.  On the 95 it is pretty easy to remove.  But, plan to take a day to do it.  Take your time and remember where everything goes and what bolts go where.  I like to take Polaroid pictures or if you have a digital that would work too.  As you take it a part you snap photographs to remember what goes where...
