Nissan Repair: 95 nissan altima oil on optical pickup, crankshaft position sensor, nissan altima

i have a 95 altima(cranks but wont start) when troubleshooting i noticed oil on the optical pickup.fuel pressure is good.cap &  rotor ,crankshaft position sensor, & coil are all brand new.ignition module tested good.altenator tested good.im getting absolutey no fire to the coil or plugs.i read  in a previous question to you about a 94 altima that wouldnt start you bet it was oil on the optical pickup.
question 1:is this likely my problem?
question2:what is the solution to oil on the optical pickup?

The optical pickup is contaminated with oil from the internal oil seal failing.  Basically, get a rebuilt distributor and you should be good to go.  I do not know if Nissan sells the parts to do the job yourself and I have always just bought a rebuilt distributor.
