Nissan Repair: brake pipes, brake pipes, diameter line

i've been told that i need new brake pipes on the rear of my nissan patrol (1993). i've replaced the ones on the axle but how do i remove the ones that run over the top of the off side rear coil spring without lifting the body?

You can purchase the correct diameter line with the proper fittings and route the brake line where you like.  Just remember not to route the line where it will get damaged.  I have done this several times and if you have a good tubing bender you can route the line like a professional.  Just remember to keep the line from rubbing on sharp things or bolts.
