Nissan Repair: 95 maxima rear suspension, bad tire, defective tire

Question
Hey! I got one for you. I have 4 brand new tires put on the car a year ago. It always seemed like the rears were somewhat unbalanced. There seemed to be a dronning noise / shaky feeling in your butt. Passenger seat would shake slightly.seemed to go to the front of the car when the tires were switched front to rear. You know steering wheel would shake a bit. BTW the car has new shocks and struts, i replaced them before the tires thinking this was the source of the "bouncy" feeling?
Could it be a bad wheel, and how could it go bad? could it be some kind of body mount in the rear?
that link between the rears has some sort of rubber looking bushing being stressed, could it be the source of the noise? Car has never been wrecked, we owned it since it was brand new

Answer
You either have a bad tire or the guys that put them on did not balance them correctly.  You are looking for weights on the inside and outside of the rim.  If there are no weights on the outside, or tape a weights on the inner part close to the outside part of the rim they were only balanced from the inside and they are radially out of balance.  Take the car and tell them that you want the tires to balance out to zero/zero and that you would like tape a weights if your rims are aluminum.  If they are steel then regular weights are fine.  But, you want the tire to balance out to zero on both the inside and outside and you should be fine.  If this does not correct the problem you could look for a damaged rim.  If you have never hit anything you are probably looking at a defective tire where the steel belt is seperating or the tire is out of round.
