Answer
Take the injector rail off and replace the injector.  Be sure to get new hoses for all the injectors and new o-rings to make sure that you do not get a leak.  You can reuse the clamps if they do not go bad when you take them off.  But, it has been my experience that I buy a pcak of four clamps when I do the job since some will fail.  You can get an injector at a wrecking yard for cheap.  Just take a volt/ohm meter with you and check the injector against a known good one from your car.  The injector should run about $25 from a wrecking yard and the o-rings and hose should run another $25 and you will be done...
