Nissan Repair: coil and power transistor, power transistor, personal car

How easy are the coil and power transistor to replace and should it cost 375.00 ? The car is an 87 Pathfinder. It stalled, started again and died.

These are easy to change and the cost seems within the norm for the ignition components.  Check rockauto.com or courtesynissan.com for parts on-line.  I know that it is a pain to order on-line.  But, if you can wait for a few days the cost savings is worth it.  A technician that works for me buys everything from rockauto.com and he saves a bundle for his personal car.
