Nissan Repair: Clicking noise in Front driver side tire, traveling at high speeds, cv joint

Question
Von,

When I am driving I hear a small clicking noise on the driver side coming from the front wheel. It is most apparent when I am driving slower. When I am traveling at high speeds you can't really hear it becuase it is clicking so fast. When I turn the wheel to the left I don't hear the noise, but when I turn to the right it is almost like a scraping sound. Any idea what this may be. I appreciate the help. Thanks!

Answer
Check the tire for stones.  Sometimes little rocks get into the tread.  If this is not it you either have a bad bearing or a CV joint that is going out.  If you turn the wheel and it clicks loud it is a CV joint if it clicks all the time going straight or turning you have a bad bearing.
