Nissan Repair: dragging starter, nissan pickup, advanced auto

Question
1995 Nissan pickup. Had a hard time starting as if the battery was dead. Replaced it. It's still doing it.

According to Advanced Auto, the alternator is putting out ~53 amps @ ~2000 rpm, the starter is drawing around 150 amps... What would make it have a hard time turning over the engine?

Answer
Corroded cables or a dry starter.  I would check all the connections on the battery to the starter and if they are all clean and tight I would take the starter out and take it apart.  Then, lubricate all the bearing surfaces and gears and reinstall it.  Nissan seems to ahve issues with the starter lubrication going away...
