Nissan Repair: remove oil pan 2001 Nissan Sentra, nissan sentra, dip stick

The dip stick ring broke off and the dip stick went down the tube.  The only way I see of removal is taking the oil pan off.  Is this something that I need to let someone else take care of?  How hard is it to do this?

Sorry for taking so long, family crisis.

Try to get one of those skinny magnets an put inside of tube.  To remove it that way.

Or else
you will have to pull the entire oil pan off to take it out.

For this type of car it can be done, a little hard work, but not major.
