Nissan Repair: Nissan Sentra high idle, nissan sentra, high idling

When it is in neutral, it is idleing veeerrryyy high.
I looked on-line & the culprit is said to be the choke link.  Is this easy or hard to repair?  And do you think that is what the problem is?

I would check you throttle cable. If it is pulled to far this will cause the high idling.
If not
It could be the choke link.  
Your best bet is to take it to a shop and let them take care of it. This way they give a warranty to the repair.  SO that if it malfunctions the problem would be fixed for free (depending on the length of warranty usually 6 months)
