The blower motor on my 1999 Deville is intermittent.  It comes on and works for a while and will change blower speed per temperature setting, but will stop for periods of time and then start working again.  It does not seem to matter if I turn the blower on or off to try to start it.  It will sometimes stay off for short periods of time and then will refuse to work all together for longer periods.  What should I check?

Answer
When the blower motor quits, try check to be sure that it has battery voltage at the RED wire and also give it a hit with something to see if it starts back up.

Fault could be:

Blower motor or AC/Heater (ACM) controller or loose wire connections.
