Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Pulse problem with fuel injection, noid light, google

Question
Hi again Tom.  I'm back with the 2003 LeSabre situation.  It still won't start, and it traces back to good fuel injectors that don't pulse, because of bad PCM grounding.  Anyway, I retried the noid light test, and something peculiar happended that I would like your input on.  When I cranked the engine the noid light flashed five times in a row, then quit flashing altogether.  Thereafter, whenever I cranked and no matter which harness I tested, the noid light would not flash at all.  I tested the noid light itself, and it is okay.

According to my manual and other sources, in the 2003 LeSabre Passlock 3 disables the fuel pump and not injector pulse.  I have good fuel pressure, just no pulse, except for the one-time test pulses mentioned above.

What problem would most likely cause the very limited flashing of the noid light?

Answer
HI JOHN,I AM 98 % SURE THAT ON THIS PASS LOCK SYSTEM IT SHUTS THE INJ PULSE DOWN AFTER 3 SECONDS OF RUNNING. WE ARE BACK AT THE PASS LOCK SYSTEM.I AM NOT AT WORK TODAY SO I CAN NOT LOOK THIS UP ON MY REPAIR COMPUTER. [NO DIAGRAMS] PROBLEM IS WITH THESE PASS LOCK SYSTEM GM CHANGES THERE MIND ON HOW TO KILL THE ENG WHEN IT IS ACTIVATED. THE FACT THAT THIS FLASHES 5 TIMES AND STOPS TELLS ME IT SURE DOES SOUND LIKE THE PASS LOCK SYSTEM. BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD MANY CARS LIKE YOURS THAT WILL START AND SHUT RIGHT DOWN..NO PULSE..YOURS SHOULD START AND DIE BUT IT WONT EVEN DO THAT ??? YOU STILL MAY HAVE MORE THEN ONE PROBLEM HERE... I THINK HOWEVER YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND THIS BY CHECKING INTO GOOGLE...GOOD LUCK TO YOU,,,TOM.....LET ME KNOW WHAT HAPPENS..
