Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Electrical Issues, electrical issues, control radio

Question
1999 Olds silouhette van premier V6.  over half the lights on the steering wheel controls and the radio are "out".  Are these supplied by a light source located somewhere that I can check?  also pass window does not work (applying 12v power to the motor does work in both directions).  Replaced pass switch and still not working.  The door locks work by key fob, but do not work by inside electical switches on door.  Also cannot reprogram door locks per manual.  No bad fuses (checked with meter even).  Is there some other single source that could be causing locks and window problem?

Answer
Hi
First the lights, each item (steering control, radio, etc... has internal LED's that light with power.
If the lights are out, the component will need to be replaced.
The window I would HIGHLY suspect the drivers side door master switch. All functions go through this switch.
The door locks is a VERY long diagnostic procedure to preform.
I would either take it and have it properly diagnosed, or if you like I will send along the diagnosis without schematics.
Let me know in a private follow up post.
I Hope this helps
