Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Old Alero Repair Help, olds alero, dash area

I have two items to fix on my 2003 Olds Alero 6cyl car, my horn won't work and my fan switch only works in the two highest settings.  Could you give guidance on my two problems?  Thanks.

Hi
The blower switch is MOST LIKRLY the blower resistor.
It is located directly next to the blower motor, under the right (passenger side) dash area. (under the glove box)
As far as the horn is concerned, there is MANY items it may be, from the horn itself, to the air bag inflator module where the horn contacts are.
