Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Fuel pump 1999 Buick La Sabre, drop tank, gas tank

I mistakenly put transmission fluid into my gas tank. Since then its sputters and sometimes won't start.Is this my fuel pump?,and how much will it cost to repair?

It may be the pump. Fluid in the fuel MAY also be causing your problem, as transmission fluid is hard to burn when the plugs get saturated.
I would have the fuel pressure checked.
If it is within specs (48-55 psi) then it may just be the fluid saturation of the fuel.
If so, I would drain and refill the tank. (Drop tank)
