Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): take the rear tire off a wizard lawn tractor, wizard mower

Question
I HAVE A WIZARD LAWN TRACTOR. MODEL NO AYP9191A99 AND FACTORY NO 91911A99. THE MACHINE IS APX 12 YEARS OLD. I WANT TO REPLACE THE REAR TIRE TO NEW. THERE IS A SQUARE KEY THAT HOLDS THE TIRES IN PLACE. HOW DO I REMOVE THIS KEY .

Answer
It should just tap out if it's removable.  I can't think of any that are made into the axle or wheel although there may be.  Sometimes they're rusted in place and need a little PB Blaster or similar.  Let me know if you this doesn't work and we'll try something else.  Thanks, PK.
