Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: PLEASE HELP-Intrigue slides to the right when going of a bump, faulty tires, auto parts store

I have a 1999 Olds Intrigue. Actually I have two questions:
1. What does it mean when your Service Car soon,Trac off, and Anti-Loc lights or on?
2. When I go over bumps the rear of my car tends to slide to the right. What might that be?

The Service Engine soon (SES)light is telling you of a fault with a controlled system. It will also illuminate the Trac off and ABS brake light due to code(s) stored for the SES system.
You should take your car to a repair shop OR a nationwide Auto PArts store (Autozone, Advanced, etc...) and MOST offer checking codes FREE or for a reduced rate.
The sliding MAY be struts. It MAY also be faulty tires where the steel bands have slipped.
