Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1999 buick regal, buick regal, lightning storm

Hello,
I have an ODD problem with my 99 regal.  I work at a state prison and one night after a really bad lightning storm I left work.  When I started my car up, none of the dash guages worked.  No RPM's, no speedometer, no fuel guage, NOTHING...... the traction control doesnt work, the reverse lights don't work.  There arent any issues with the radio.  Im thinking ignition switch but Im really not sure, it's just suck a wierd problem.

I would check the pink circuit off the switch for battery voltage in "run" position.
If not you are correct, the switch.
Also from experience, if it is an intermintant problem, I also would suspect the switch.
