Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: orfice tube location and installation, oriface, condensor

we cannot find the orfice tube in our olds regency 1998.  we replaced the accumulator but do not know where the orfice tube goes and in which direction.

Hi
It is located between the condensor and evaporator, in the thin tube, right around the battery.
You'll need to remove the line from the condensor and evaporator.
The small end faces the evaporator. The new oriface tube SHOULD have a small arrow cast into the plastic and it'll point towards the evaporator ALWAYS.
