Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1997 Buck Park avenue, tank leaks, buck park

The gas tank leaks at the top when full.  How do I remove the gas tank.  Thanks:))

Hi
If it is a 1997 you'll need to remove the exhaust.
Then disconnect the filler neck pipe from the hose.
Then the strap bolts and lower the tank down and unhook the fuel feed, fuel return and evap pipes.
If it happens to be a 1998, you can get to the tank from the trunk.
If it has the 97 metal tank unit, get a new seal and cam lock.
If it is a 98, get a new seal, and USE THE SPECIAL SPANNER TOOL to tighten the locking ring.
