Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Buick Reatta, buick reatta, reatta

Question
I have a 1990 Buick Reatta.  It starts ok in the morning but after that first start it takes about 7 trys and then it will start.  I have had several mechanics check it out and replace different things but it is still the same.  Do you have any suggestions what it may be?  I love my car and do not want to get rid of it but the winter is coming.......

I would just be guessing, and with not much information to make a guess, much less an informed diagnosis.

There are many things that can be actually tested before replacing parts, so your mechanics are just conclusion jumping, at your expense.

Probably the first thing I would check is the fuel pressure.
