I have a 2002 suzuki gsxr 1000 that like loses power when riding at high speed like it not getting enough airflow or gas what could that be

problem could be due to various reasons.

If it has not been run every few weeks
the fuel can go bad and start to separate
and plug things up.

-Plugged fuel filter,  

-Gas tank fuel valve or petcock faulty.

-Blocked gas tank air vent. You will notice
pressure or vacuum when opening the cap.

-Fuel pump weak. Plugged injectors.

-If it only happens occasionally, check
the side stand spring and sensor switch
connections. Also make sure battery cables
are tight on both ends.

-Check the air filter and air box for
obstructions.

-Check for loose connectors on the ignition
modules and other electrical parts.
