Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 96 olds ciera,3.1L rough idle, crank sensor, head mechanic

Question
I have changed icm,crank sensor,plugs&wires,map sensor and checked fuel pressure.Still it starts but when u try to drive it misses like crazy and dies. I called the local dealership and the head mechanic said that it was to old to hook-up to a diagnostic computer. I have ran out of ideas.

the dealer teling you this is wroang i would go a good shop and i know they can put ot on thire diagnostiac test .if you have troulble finding a place in your area u let me know and i will find you a place.
